Government options for fighting Islam .



Italy declared Islam to be a non-religion, unfortunately that option is not available to our federal government. There are many other options.



The first amendment, as a restriction on Congress only, prohibits congress from disestablishing Islam as a religion. Critics will argue that the first amendment was incorporated onto the states and therefore the states face the same prohibition that the federal government faces. This is not true, incorporation is an illegal process and any law incorporated onto the states is null and void, moreover the Supreme Court is in violation of their oaths of office and federal criminal statutes in doing so. The states can declare Islam to be a non-religion, or close all mosques and Islamic organizations this is one option.





Evidence abounds that Islam intends to overthrow all governments not practicing Sharia law, they are involved in Seditious Activity as define by the Smith Act. The federal government can arrest and imprison any persons that are involved in Seditious Activity or Conspiracy to commit Sedition.



Under the Patriot Act, the persons engaged in attacks against the United States Government can be held as enemy combatants.



We are in a war, we didn’t choose to be in this war against Islam but we are. These are just a few of the options available to combat our enemy.
